WHOLE-WHEAT & SESAME SOURDOUGH
Tomato & Charred Red Pepper Soup, with Cheese Toasts
In a deep casserole, combine sauted onions and garlic, halved cherry tomatoes, a charred red bell pepper (diced), and half of fresh chili.
Add a veggie stock and hot water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Boil till cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander and a dollop of plain yoghurt.
Serve with grilled cheese on whole wheat and sesame toasts.
