My passion for bread has been a life-long journey
Some of my fondest memories of growing up centred around bread. This has grown into a passion for baking and wanting to create great tasting bread.
"You are what you eat ". I want to educate people on how bread, made with good ingredients, superior quality flour, stone ground in the old tradition, and left to ferment for an extended period of time, will not make you feel bad, it will make you feel great, satisfied, nourished.
Its about more than being a “basic necessity”, its about taking three humble ingredients and transforming them into something wholesome, familiar and satisfying that you can eat everyday.
